A Cure for Writing Paralysis

A Cure for Writing Paralysis

Breathe, Smile, Write!

Have you ever had the desire to write something and your head is immediately filled with ideas? However, once you start seriously thinking about the writing task you become critical of yourself and the desire to write begins to disappear. You begin to feel uninspired and you struggle to write the first sentence. The longer you stay in this zone, the more frustrated you become, and you begin to lose confidence in your ideas and your ability to make them real. The worry that you may never find inspiration inhibits the intellect and makes it impossible to produce anything. It can lead to a period of depression and an inability to write. This is called writing paralysis. So, what is the solution? Stop focusing on the final product and turn your attention to the writing process. This course ‘The Cure for Writing Paralysis’ will provide you with practical steps to overcome writing paralysis by focusing on the writing process and not the final product.
